This Privacy Policy explains how COMPANY_LEGAL_NAME, doing business as BreezeBinder ("we"), collects and uses information when you visit this website, join our email list, or buy a product.
1. Information we collect
- Information you give us: your name, email address, and the options you select when you join the waitlist or contact us; and your name, email, and billing details when you buy a product.
- Payment information: processed by our third-party payment provider (for example Stripe, Lemon Squeezy, or Gumroad). We receive confirmation of your purchase but do not receive or store full card numbers.
- Usage and device information (only if you accept cookies): pages visited, referring sites, approximate location derived from IP address, browser and device type, and actions such as joining our email list. We collect this with Google Analytics 4, the Google tag (for Google Ads measurement and remarketing), and the Meta Pixel. See section 5.
- Email engagement information: our email provider, MailerLite, records whether you open our emails or click links in them.
Please do not send us health information about clients, patients, or family members. Our products do not require it.
2. How we use information
- To deliver products you buy and provide customer support
- To send waitlist updates, product updates, and regulation change notices you signed up for
- To operate, secure, and improve the site
- If you accept cookies, to measure site traffic and the results of our ads, and to show BreezeBinder ads to people who visited our site (retargeting) on Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and Google services
- To comply with legal obligations, including tax and accounting records
3. Sharing
We do not sell your personal information for money. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business, when required by law, or in connection with a sale or reorganization of the business. Our service providers include:
- MailerLite (email service provider): stores your name, email address, the product interest you select, and email engagement data so we can send the emails you signed up for. See the MailerLite Privacy Policy.
- Google (Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads): receives usage and device information through the Google tag if you accept cookies. See how Google uses information from sites that use its services.
- Meta Platforms (Meta Pixel): receives usage and device information and signup events if you accept cookies, and may link them to your Facebook or Instagram account. See the Meta Privacy Policy.
- Our payment processor and website host.
Sharing data with Meta and Google for targeted advertising may be considered "targeted advertising" under Virginia law. You can opt out as described in sections 5 and 7.
4. Email
We send our email list through MailerLite. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link at the bottom of every email or by contacting us. We may still send transactional messages about your purchase.
5. Cookies, pixels, and how to opt out
When you first visit, we ask whether you accept cookies. Until you click Accept, we do not load the Meta Pixel or the Google tag, and Google Consent Mode is set to "denied." If you click Accept, we use:
- Google Analytics 4 (analytics cookies such as _ga) to understand how visitors use the site.
- Google tag / Google Ads (advertising cookies such as _gcl_au) to measure ad results and show our ads to past visitors (remarketing).
- Meta Pixel (cookies such as _fbp) to measure page views and email signups ("Lead" events) and show our ads to past visitors on Facebook and Instagram (retargeting).
We store your cookie choice in your browser's local storage so we do not ask again on every page. Our payment provider may set cookies strictly needed to process a purchase.
How to opt out:
- Cookie settings: click Cookie settings (also in the footer of every page) and choose Decline. This stops Meta and Google tracking on our site and removes their cookies from our domain.
- Email: use the unsubscribe link in any email.
- Meta: manage ads based on activity from partners in your Facebook or Instagram Ad preferences.
- Google: turn off personalized ads in My Ad Center, or install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
- Industry tools: the Digital Advertising Alliance opt-out page and your browser's cookie controls.
6. Retention and security
We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, and we use reasonable safeguards. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
7. Your choices and rights
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information by emailing CONTACT_EMAIL.
